UP Cebu University Registrar and faculty member of the University of the Philippines Cebu School of Management, Assistant Professor Kres Navarro-Mansueto, won the Best Paper award at the 3rd International Research Festival in Tagum City, Davao Del Norte.

Her paper- The Role of Public and Private Partnership in Infrastructure Development in the Philippines (1965-2022)- explores the critical impacts of collaborative efforts on the nation’s infrastructure growth and development. This recognition was awarded last October 29, 2024.
