UP Cebu SoM Dean Marie Jane Jumawan-Matero, Dr. Rolando Martinez, College Secretary Kresna Mansueto, Dr. Vincent Crist Lipayo, Lecturer Stephen Tan and Ms. Ranyah Heredia joined the 2025 FSR Regional Briefing organized by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
The regional briefing provided an overview of the Philippines’ macro-financial landscape and featured discussions on systemic risk assessment, channels of systemic risk, salient risks to the financial system, and the report’s key conclusions and policy implications. The event offered participants valuable insights into emerging financial challenges and the BSP’s continuing efforts to strengthen the resilience and stability of the Philippine financial system.
