MBA Program Overview
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program of the University of the Philippines Cebu School of Management develops professionals into ethical, analytical, and innovative business leaders capable of addressing organizational challenges in a rapidly changing global environment. Anchored on the University’s values of Honor and Excellence, the program equips students with the knowledge, skills, and strategic mindset necessary to lead organizations, drive innovation, and create meaningful impact in their communities and industries.
The MBA is a 42-unit, non-thesis graduate program delivered through a trimester system and designed for working professionals with at least two years of full-time work experience. Students may complete the degree through either a Comprehensive Examination or a Research Project/Business Study Mission, allowing them to apply their learning to real-world business challenges.
As the flagship graduate management program of UP Cebu, the MBA continues to prepare professionals who are not only competent managers but also transformative leaders capable of contributing to the growth of organizations, industries, and communities throughout Central Visayas, the Philippines, and the global business landscape.

Program Learning Outcomes
