Wilson P. Ng, PhD.
BA 243 – Management of Innovation
Dr. Wilson P. Ng holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of the Philippines Visayas Cebu College, a Master of Business Administration, and a Doctor of Business Administration (2019) from the City University of Hong kong.
With over 30 years of executive leadership experience, Dr. Ng has held key positions in business management, information technology, logistics, and corporate governance. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ng Khai Development Corporation and leads several technology, logistics, and consulting firm. He also contributed to the business community through leadership roles in professional organizations, including the American Chamber of Commerce, Cebu IT/BPM Organization, and the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Drawing from his extensive industry experience, Dr. Ng brings practical insights into innovation, technology management, entrepreneurship, and strategic leadership to the classroom.
Elouis Legaspi-Tejada, EMBA
BA 244 – Logistics Management
Ms. Elouis Legaspi-Tejada earned her Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Business Administration, from the University of San Jose-Recoletos and her Executive Master in Business Administration from the University of San Carlos (2005). She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration at the University of San Carlos.
With over 24 years of industry experience, Ms. Legaspi-Tejada has held leadership positions in sales, operations, marketing, and general management, including serving as General Manager of a trading company. She is also a DTI- and DAR-accredited trainer, conducting business training programs and seminars, particularly in provincial areas of Cebu.
Building on her extensive industry experience, Ms. Legaspi-Tejada brings practical perspectives on logistics, supply chain management, operations, and business strategy to the classroom.
Atty. Carlo Angelo T. Negado, CPA, MMBM
BA 219 – Corporate Financial Reporting
Atty. Carlo Angelo T. Negado graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of the Philippines Visayas Tacloban College in 2011 and received the SGV Excellence Award. He earned his Master of Management in Business Management from the same institution as the top graduating student, completed a Certificate in Paralegal Studies, and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of San Carlos, graduating among the top three of his class. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022.
His professional experience spans accounting, financial auditing, information technology auditing, risk assurance, financial reporting, and corporate law. He previously served with SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV & Co.), where he worked on IT audits, financial audits, data analytics, and risk assurance engagements for major corporations in the energy, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical industries.
Atty. Negado brings to the classroom a multidisciplinary perspective that combines accounting, finance, technology, and law, preparing students to navigate today’s increasingly complex business environment.
Ranyah Heredia, MBA
BA 291.2 – Strategic Management II
Ms. Ranyah Heredia graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting from the University of San Calos (2010) and earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of the Philippines Cebu (2024).
She has 15 years of professional experience in the banking industry. Beginning her career at JP Morgan Chase & Co., she later joined China Banking Corporation, where she currently serves as Deputy Senior Manager. Her expertise includes corporate lending, relationship management, credit evaluation, financial analysis, loan structuring, and leadership of marketing and account management teams. She also designed and facilitated training programs for lending personnel across the Visayas and Mindanao.
Ms. Heredia brings extensive practical experience in corporate banking and financial management to the classroom, enabling students to connect strategic management concepts with real-world business and financial decision-making.
