UP Cebu SoM continues to strengthen engagement with industry partners through SYNERGY: Faculty Visits and Immersion. SYNERGY fosters collaboration between the academe and the business sector. Through industry visits, and consultations, the initiative provides opportunities for faculty members to apply their expertise to organizational challenges while fostering the connection between academic knowledge and industry practice.

During the Midyear Term of Academic Year 2025-2026, SoM engaged with several organizations in Cebu, exploring opportunities for collaboration in organizational development, strategic management, and business process improvement.

Connecting Academic Expertise with Industry Needs

These engagements reflects SoM’s continuing efforts to expand relationships with industry stakeholders and promote the practical application of academic expertise. By engaging directly with organizations, the School creates opportunities for knowledge exchange, collaborative problem-solving, and future partnerships.

Through SYNERGY, the UP Cebu School of Management seeks to advance meaningful academe-industry collaboration that supports organizational development, enriches academic practice, and contribute to the broader business community.
